Hexahedra

The utilitarian, six-inch Balsa wood cube (a hexahedron) becomes an instrument of spatial exploration—a mutation of a purely resolved form in order to initiate another.

The Hexahedra juxtapose positive and negative space, and mold form into liminal objects on the threshold of the spatial/sculptural relationship.
